Why Get a Brisbane Graduation Photographer?

2020 has flown by. Seriously! Like most of us I have spent more days inside than the last couple of years.

As a 2020 graduate, I certainly feel like I have spent a lot of this year studying from home.

Given the uneventful year it has been, we should be proud to have made it this far! This year certainly wasn’t what anyone expected or hoped for, so getting to the end is a huge achievement.

Despite the challenges 2020 brought, who says it needs to be all bad? Having a laugh and being around the people I love are the few joys that I’ve come to appreciate more, now that I’ve been able to get back out again.

Graduations are once in a lifetime experience and a huge milestone. From the long nights of studying, balancing other life commitments, and oh yes - those pesky group assignments - it certainly was a journey.

With every negative there are positives too!

From joining student clubs, participating in competitions, making new friends, and trying new experiences – university wasn't just about studying for many of us – it was a time to grow up and learn more about yourself, your goals and vision. That itself is a huge accomplishment.

If you’re looking for a Brisbane graduation photographer or just want to have a special way of commemorating this well-deserved celebration as a university graduate, I would love to take your graduation photos! After all, you only graduate once (unless you go on to do a masters or phD, or another degree) – but you get my point!

Whether that’s portraits, family photos, or both, having photos to reminisce the day is an invaluable gift for yourself, friends and family. Get in touch with me here.

Once again, congratulations on graduating (we made it!!!)

See below some graduation photos I took of my sister at the University of Queensland, St Lucia campus.

So grateful to have taken these graduation photos!

Caught this moment when my sister was walking towards me after the group photo. Easily one of my favourite shots from the day!
